Bujo is too limited to do all of my project planning in, but I do still do Bujo dailies in my little A6 ring binder that stays in front of me all day. My timeblock schedule down the left-hand page, and my top priority tasks for the day bulleted down the right-hand page, with space for additional logging as I need to scribble things down throughout the day. These are removed and scanned once a week, so it stays slim.
It also contains a printed week dashboard, month dashboard, and my yearly goals and plans.
I use other tools for planning my projects and staying on top of my long list of tasks to be done, but this little Bujo keeps the most important items in front of my face until they are done and keeps me from getting swamped with all the rest.
