I agree. I use Obsidian as my planner and journal, Todoist for my project and task management, and Google calendars for my time management.

But I also have an A6 planner that sits in front of me on my desk with today's schedule on the left and top priorities on the right.

And printouts from Obsidian hole-punched and inserted behind other tabs.
