I am a huge fan of Todoist and using it to keep my tasks and projects organized. A few features that I use extensively that were not mentioned are:

- templates - I have projects that follow a standard set of tasks and timeline, and I can fill out a spreadsheet in Excel to generate all of the names and due dates for the tasks, and then import them into Todoist.

- links - I can link to other items/projects/views inside of todoist, to other programs, files, or URLS. I love to go through my list, hit the link for the next item on my plan, and be taken exactly where I need to be to complete that task

- Google calendar sync - two-way sync to Google calendars, so I can time block and my schedule is immediately synced to Todoist

- ease of getting stuff into Todoist - with gmail and chrome plugins, I can turn emails and websites into tasks almost instantly, using the language you have mentioned to add it to the right project, date, priority, and context. I also have a universal hotkey on my Macs to add items to Todoist on the fly when I am working on something else and remember a task that needs to be added into Todoist. And the iOS app has a deep-touch shortcut to add a new task. I can also email tasks to particular projects, but I generally use the gmail add-in instead.
