I have been using AI to generate a weekly menu plan for me for a number of weeks now. I have a very limited diet (vegan, grain-free, multiple allergies and intolerances), and it makes some great suggestions based on the limitations and calorie count that I give it. I also tell it the things in my fridge that I need to use up.
You can also ask it to generate a recipe for any of the meal suggestions.
And I also have it generate a shopping list based on the meal plan and recipes, and a list of things I can prep ahead of mealtimes (arranged in a table so I can check them off.)
