I started making my upgrades before the pandemic, but they are similar to yours. I switched to a standing desk at all of my writing locations (starting with just cardboard boxes on my desk to make sure I would actually stick with standing.) Don't forget an anti-fatigue mat for your feet and legs. After using cardboard box risers for a few months, I went ahead and got a good riser for my home office and articulating arms to lift my monitor and my laptop to the proper eye level.

I use a mechanical keyboard to reduce repetitive stress. I use wrist rests when using my laptop, but not when using my mechanical keyboard at my standing desk. My hands and arms are at the right height that I don't need them there. I also swapped out a mouse for a trackball, which made a huge difference to wrist fatigue, especially when using Photoshop or other mouse-intensive activities.

My large monitor is also a BenQ, which has features that are supposed to reduce eye fatigue.
