I think it is important to realize that one time block does no have to equal one task. It may be a classification of tasks (creative, deep work, chores, emails), tasks to be completed in a certain place (outdoors, Internet cafe, downtown office), a certain energy level, routine, ritual, etc. and it is as rigid or flexible as you want it to be. You’re the boss, not the calendar.
