I’m not sure how this has any benefit over filing by project or subject. You’re adding another artificial level over top of project, role, subject, etc.

There’s no way I can just dump everything into one (or four) bins without further categorization. I have way too many projects (client files, books, events, etc.) where the information has to be kept in separate, discrete folders.
