With regard to the .obsidian folder, you can copy just portions of it. There is a folder for plugins and a folder for snippets, and then json files for appearance, hotkeys, core plugins, etc., so you can copy just the hotkeys file, for example, and keep the same hotkeys between all of your vaults.
